Scope of Work

• Brush and damp mop clean all the corridors, floors, entrance, staircase and handrails.
• Clean bath rooms, toilets, pantry, car parking, terrace passages … etc….
• Clean the surrounding of the building. 
• Pick all the waste and dump into the dumping skip provided by the client.
• Machine scrubbing on the floor and passage area, staircase, Windows once in every week, pressure wash on car parking  once in 3 month if required
• Machines -walk behind scrubber (1500 square ft per hour capacity), Vacuum cleaner, Scrubbing and buffing machine will be provided by first party. Pressure washer will be provided at the time of requirement.
